1)  Is there anything I should do to prepare for a session?
Refrain from caffeine the day of the treatment, as well as alcohol or any recreational drugs before a treatment.  Get a good night's sleep, and make sure you are hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing and arrive at least 10 minutes early to alleviate stress before a session.  Bring water to drink after the session.
2)  What can I expect during a session?
You will remain fully clothed, and either lay on a table, or sit in a chair.  The first session will be a little longer, as an intake of your relevant history will be required.  There will be discussion as to the area of focus for treatment.  During the session, there may be dialogue to facilitate the treatment. Each session will be different, but before every treatment, I will ask you if you prefer light touch on or off the body.  I will then verbalize out loud during each session to help you connect with your mind and body. 
3)  What happens after the treatment?
There will be a debrief for you to receive feedback, and discuss the session. Tools will be provided, for example: meditation, journaling, breathing techniques, etc. which will be discussed.
4)  How many sessions do I need before I see results?
It depends on you and what your concern or focus is.  For example, for relaxation, 1 or 2 sessions will be sufficient, but for major life transitions, 7 - 10 sessions is not uncommon.  That said, healing starts when we are open to receive help. Every person is different, so each individual should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  There will always be open dialogue for client feedback, discussion and adjustment of the number of sessions.
