4) How many sessions do I need before I see results?
It depends on you and what your concern or focus is. For example, for relaxation, 1 or 2 sessions will be sufficient, but for major life transitions, 7 - 10 sessions is not uncommon. That said, healing starts when we are open to receive help. Every person is different, so each individual should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
There will always be open dialogue for client feedback, discussion and adjustment of the number of sessions.
